On March 22, 2025, marks the 68th anniversary of Ming Chuan University! Starting now, grab your phone and say “Happy Birthday to MCU”<\/strong> inside the library. Post it on your IG Story and mention<\/strong> @mculibrary<\/strong> for a chance to win 2 piece of buffet vouchers<\/strong> (Grand Mayfull Hotel Taipei) on weekday afternoons! One winner, two people enjoy the feast together!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc<\/strong> How to Participate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Say<\/strong> ‘Happy Birthday to MCU’ <\/strong>inside the library, post<\/strong><\/strong> it on your IG Story, and mention @mculibrary<\/strong>.  <\/span><\/li>
  2. Save<\/strong> your posted IG Story video. (See video format guidelines below)<\/li>
  3. Submit<\/strong> this \ud83d\udd17form<\/a>(login required) and upload your video.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u23f3<\/strong> Submission Deadline:<\/strong><\/strong> From now until March 12 2025.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udc65<\/strong> Participants:<\/strong><\/strong> All faculty and staff members, and students<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83c\udfac<\/strong> Video Format Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. File Naming:<\/strong> Full Name_Student ID_Happy 68th Anniversary MCU.       <\/li>
    2. File Length:<\/strong> Within 15 seconds.  <\/li>
    3. Resolution:<\/strong> Minimum 1080 x 1920 pixels<\/strong>, vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio), in MOV or MP4 format<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Content:<\/strong> The video must feature at least one person speaking and must include the phrase \u201cHappy Birthday to MCU\u201d<\/em> or similar wording.  <\/li>
    5. Filming Locations: <\/strong>Taipei Campus Library, Taoyuan Campus Library or Kinmen Reading Room. (Any reading area inside the library is acceptable.<\/em>) <\/li>
    6. One Entry Per Person:<\/strong> If multiple submissions are made, only the latest uploaded video will be considered.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83d\udce2 Additional Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The library reserves the right to use participants\u2019 videos for promotional purposes on social media, related events, and ceremonies.<\/li>
      2. The winners will be drawn on March 26<\/strong> and announced on Instagram Stories<\/strong> and the library website<\/strong>.<\/li>
      3. By participating, entrants agree to abide by all event rules and regulations.<\/li>
      4. A screenshot showing the IG Story posted for 24 hours is required when claiming the prize.  <\/li>
      5. If a submitted video does not comply with the event guidelines, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke any prizes awarded.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
