We bring you a book fair full of ‘nutrients’! The books here are like different kinds of nutritional elements that make your heart and mind stronger. There is a book here for you no matter if you are the adventurous type or the artistic type. Through reading, you can absorb a variety of knowledge nutrients and become a better you! Do you know that these ‘nutrients’ can also be transmitted between institutions? The first U3 (Ming Chuan, Soochow, Tamkang) joint book fair will kick off on September 11. During the event, you can easily borrow and return books on your own campus through U3 interlibrary services. To promote Taiwan studies and expand its reach to campuses and towns, the National Taiwan Library has specially organized the “Taiwan Studies Book Exhibition—Mobile Exhibition Hall.” MCU library has borrowed the display panels from the ” Historical Display of Taiwanese Design: Exhibition of Art and Design Books from the Japanese Colonial Era ” and they displayed on the first floor of the library. This exhibition presents a more complete and objective view of the early history and visual culture of Taiwanese art and design through books, magazines, and newspapers from the Japanese colonial period. All are welcome to visit!
