Through a daily selection of documentaries and activities led by professional film critics, participants will cross borders to experience the cultural landscapes and historical heritage of various regions around the world. You will explore everything from the magnificent nature of the United Kingdom to the mysterious ruins of Atlantis, from the ancient city of Rome to the pilgrimage routes of Mecca, showcasing the essence and evolution of different cultures through film. Join in exploring and discovering the mysteries of the world.

The Library will play a film each day on Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 for two weeks during the activity period (with repeat screenings).

On November 20 (Wednesday) at the Taipei campus (On-site), renowned film critic Michael Mai will hold a discussion on films related to cultural life in various countries.

【Introduction】: A senior media professional, film critic, and movie expert, Mr. Mai has been a guest on various TV and radio programs. He has served as a judge for the Golden Bell Awards, Asia-Pacific Film Festival, Taiwan Film Fund, Chinese Film Media Awards, Golden Harvest Awards, and Singapore Excellent Film Awards. He is also a consultant for the Taipei Film Festival and a member of the Film Classification Review Committee.

- Visit the Classroom Cinema public platform on the Ming Chuan Library website and select a film you would like to recommend.
- Fill out the recommendation form. (11/11 open for answers)
- Show the completed recommendation form and the film playback screen at the front desk of the Library to receive a small gift. Gifts are limited to one per person. Daily quantity is limited; available while supplies last.
