Level Up Your Thesis Writing: From Choosing a Topic to Finishing Your Thesis

This activity aims to assist graduate students in establishing solid thesis writing capabilities. From topic selection and literature review to structure construction and discourse completion, students can master applicable and replicable writing processes. It also emphasizes research ethics and corrects academic awareness, guiding graduate students to cultivate long-term and continuously improving knowledge learning habits, so that research capabilities are not limited to completing one thesis, but can keep on expanding, accumulating and extending.

In this talk, Professor Chih-Long Yen from our university will share how to write a social science thesis. He is the author of the bestsellers “Even a Fool Can Write a Thesis” and “Even a Fool Can Run Statistics,” and is frequently invited to universities to speak on thesis writing. His outline is shown below. After listening, you may be amazed that you’ll go from just typing words to actually typing out a thesis.

After the Activity, 20 students who complete the post-Activity satisfaction survey will be randomly selected to receive one Mini Mood Desk Stand.
