In order to speed up the School Leaving Procedure, if you have no borrowed materials or penalty on your library account by June 2, 2026, your library privilege will be expired.
All materials including books, space or electronic devices will be no longer available, while your School Leaving Procedure will be completed automatically.
📋 Extension Application
For those who delay graduation and wish keeping library privilege, please apply for ‟Extending Borrowing Privilege For Graduating Seniors Online”. This application only extends the borrowing privilege.
- Eligibility: Undergraduate Students (Note: Not applicable to Exchange Students)
- Registration period: From May 4 to June 2, 2026
- Form: Online Registration
- Status Confirmation: please check your email box within 3 workdays to confirm whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
⚠️ Important Notes
- No Auto-Renewal: The due date of your borrowed books would NOT be renewed automatically. Please make sure the due date for your items on loan and remember to renew or return them on time.
- Leaving Procedure: You need to contact library staff to complete your School Leaving Procedure after you return all the borrowed materials and paid off your overdue penalty.
- Alumni Status: You may still extend your borrowing privilege since 2026.06.03 by paying a deposit of NT$1,000 at the circulation desk.
❓ FAQ: Reasons for Declined Applications
- Ineligible Status: Exchange students are not eligible for this extension.
- Unpaid Fines: You have an overdue penalty over NT$200. Please retry to apply it after you pay off your fines.
- Overdue Items: You have outstanding overdue materials. Please retry to apply it after you return those materials and pay the penalties.
