[Notice] Photocopier Equipment Upgrade and Existing Photocopy Card Refund Notice

To enhance our service quality, MCU Library will replace aging photocopiers with next-generation Multi-Payment Printing & Copying Machines in mid-October. Due to this system upgrade, existing photocopy cards will no longer be usable. Please apply for a refund within the designated period to protect your rights.

📢 Refund Information for Existing Photocopy Cards (Cash Refund)
• Deadline: From now until Monday, November 30, 2026 (Late applications will not be accepted)
• Location: Library Circulation Desk
• Procedure: Please bring your photocopy card to the Circulation Desk. The remaining balance on your card will be refunded in cash.
