[Notice] Photocopier Equipment Upgrade and Existing Photocopy Card Refund Notice

To enhance our service quality, MCU Library will replace aging photocopiers with next-generation Multi-Payment Printing & Copying Machines in mid-October. Due to equipment upgrade, current photocopy cards will not work with the upgraded machine. Please apply for a refund within the designated period to protect your rights.

📢 Refund Information for Existing Photocopy Cards (Cash Refund)
• Deadline: From now until Monday, November 30, 2026 (Late applications will not be accepted)
• Location: Library Circulation Desk
• Procedure: Please bring your photocopy card to the Circulation Desk. The refund will be based on the cash value of the remaining points on the card, plus a NT$50 deposit.

• Multiple Payment Options: Electronic payment options include EasyCard, iPASS, LINE Pay, etc.
• Smart Features: Supports cloud printing with a bilingual (Chinese/English) interface, and real-time online customer service for refunds.
• New Pricing: NT$2 per page for black & white copying / NT$7 per page for color copying.
