Amended User Experience Questionnaire For Elect 3 Consortium Libraries’ Cloud-Based Library System

Three of the U12 Consortium Library members, MCU, Soochow University and Tamkang University, have implemented of an Integrated Library System on December 19, 2019 for providing better services. In order to improve services in the future, the three institutions will carry out an questionnaire survey to collect users’ experience and expectations.

Please complete the questionnaire based on your usage experience on 4/16/2021(FRI.). The relevant information will only be used as reference for these three institutions and will not be used for any other purpose. Furthermore, the personal information collected for prize drawing will be deleted after the drawing; please complete the questionnaire with peace of mind.
