Turnitin is an plagiarism checker system for thesis.

When a document from teachers and students has been uploaded to Turnitin, Turnitin will examine the ratio between originality and similarity of the uploaded document. This will effectively enhance the originality of the teachers' and students' academic papers and the quality of their thesis.

Before using Turnitin, please apply and active the account.

STEP 1. Apply for Turnitin Account
1.Please click here to apply for an account.
2.You will receive a Turnitin welcome email (sender: Turnitin No Reply) in your MCU email inbox within 1 to 3 days after your application.
* The system is only available to current MCU faculty & students.
*Validity period:
【Undergraduate students】One semester only.(If you still need to use it, please fill out the application form again.)
【Graduate students & faculty】Once applied, you can use it until graduation or resignation.
STEP 2. Activate the account
The log-in MCU email URL is http://me.mcu.edu.tw
【Email address】student ID number@me.mcu.edu.tw
【Password】
For your first login, please refer to the latest news from the Information and Network Division for the default password.
If you have logged in before, use the password you set.
Please refer to the video for instructions on activating your Turnitin account.
Forgot password
Please log in to the E-request form to fill out the "Reset me.mcu.edu.tw Password."
Please refer to this file for steps to reset your MCU email password.
STEP 3. Upload your thesis
Please click here to log in to Turnitin and refer to the video to upload your thesis.
Work flow: Click on the class name → Open the assignment folder→ Click on upload Submission
