🌿 《A Little Garden For Your Emotions》Micro-Experience Exhibition

Does the pressure of finals feel suffocating? Or does confusion about relationships and the future make you want to escape, but you don’t know where to turn?

The Taoyuan City Community Mental Health Center and Ming Chuan University Library have teamed up to transform the atrium into “A Little Garden🌸”. Here, there is no judgment, only companionship. We invite you to stop for a moment on your way between classrooms and the library to step into this “A Little Garden For Your Emotions.

  1. Take a Breather🧘‍♀️ Scan the QR code in a quiet corner and follow the audio guide for a 5-10 minute breathing exercise to let your brain completely relax.
  2. My Mood is Hidden in This Book📚 Browse through psychological healing books, post the sentences that touch you on the wall, and resonate with the moods of others.
  3. Tree Hole & Hope Tree🌳 Have unspeakable worries? Write a letter and toss it into the Tree Hole. Want to gain strength? Pick a blessing card from the Hope Tree.
  4. Community Mental Health Resources🏠 We provide the BSRS-5 (Mood Thermometer) self-test on-site to help you understand your current mental state. Whether you are looking for counseling agencies, stress-relief articles, or lecture information, this is a starting point to find resources without getting lost, helping you seek help with peace of mind.

Simply complete the designated interactive tasks (Meditation, Leaving a Message, or Writing a Letter), follow us on IG, and finish a simple quiz:

  1. Everyone Gets: A practical “Breather Manual” 📘 and a cute Stress Relief Ball 🧶.
  2. Lucky Draw: A chance to win a 500 NTD Convenience Store Voucher, a Chiikawa Plush, a sports towel, or a styled towel!

Allow your mood to have its ups and downs, because emotions naturally flow. Every moment you are willing to stop and take a deep breath is a way of taking care of yourself 💜.
