Mother’s Day is approaching. If there are words you find hard to say, let a book help you begin, and let a card deliver your feelings.
This year, the library invites you to send your love through reading—borrow a book to recharge yourself and mail your warmth back home.
Write a message to your mother or another loved one. The warm message will be mailed on your behalf by the library, delivering your heartfelt, handwritten wishes in a timely manner.
Complete the task to take home a carnation bouquet gift box—let heartwarming words and the timeless language of flowers carry your love to your dearest family.
Event Period: May 4 – 6, 2026
Location: Libraries on Taipei and Taoyuan Campuses
Target Audience: MCU Faculty, staff, and students
- Borrow Books for Sending Love – Borrow three physical books to receive one Mother’s Day card and a carnation bouquet gift box.
- Write a Heartfelt Message – Write from your heart to your family (sweet, humorous, or other heartfelt words).
- Mail Your Warm Wishes – Drop your card into the “Wish Mailbox” at the event site before the event ends.
● Library Mailing📮: All cards will be sent out on May 7.
● Personal Touch: You may also choose to hand-deliver the gift to your dearest family yourself!
